 Director’s Profile:

 1. Rajesh Jain, Chairman

Mr. Rajesh Jain is a man of patience and courage. He is one of the Promoters and a Director of the Company. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction and housing finance industry and real estate sector, a visionary, having in-depth knowledge of real estate market and expertise in land acquisition. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

 2. Rajendra Kumar Tripuri, Managing Director

Mr. Rajendra Kumar Tripuri is a visionary and a man of courage and enthusiasm. He is one of the Promoters of Mayura Group. He has obtained his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from MNIT, Jaipur in 1982. Since then he has been responsible for handling engineering, procurement & construction work. He has been the key person for major developments in almost all the Group ventures, Expansions and Future Projects.

 3. Pramod Chandra, Director

Mr. Pramod Chandra is a Director and Head of the Finance and Sales Department. He holds a Post-graduate degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University & also a certified associate from the CAIIB. He is having 23 years of experience of banking industry. He is a goal achiever & trend setter for the Group.

4. Virendra Jain, Director

Mr. Virendra Jain is  one of the Promoters and Directors of the Company. He is a core businessman with 20 years experience in real estate and home décor business, he has deep understanding of market and have good grip over Jaipur Real Estate market. His ideas are real and futuristic and key person for new Real Estate Projects of the Group.

 5. Mahendra Kumar Tripuri, Director

Mr. Mahendra Kumar Tripuri is a businessman with a vision of future. A Promoter Director of the Company and in charge of upcoming Project at Kota. He is a law graduate from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.

 6. Raj Kumar Patni, Director

Mr. Raj Kumar Patni is a businessman with foresightedness. He is in charge of Bhilwara Project and is a Commerce graduate.

 7. Rajendra Kumar Baid, Director

Mr. Rajendra Kumar Baid is a man of courage and vision of future. He is a smart businessman with roots at Kishangarh Projects. He is in charge of Kishangarh Project.

 8. Lalita Tripuri, Director

A businesswoman, with the modern thought gives real ideas about interior designing and decorations which are very practical & useful. She also looks after HR Department of the Group.

 9. Harvinder Singh Aurora, Director

Mr. Harvinder Singh Aurora is one of the key persons & is a man of patience. He has more than 15 years business experience & is incharge of Delhi Corporate Office.

 10. Murari Lal Agarwal, Director

Mr. Murari Lal Agarwal is a born businessman and a key person in establishing new projects in automobile Industry. He is a successful entrepreneur and has an experience of more than 6 years in “Real Estate”. He is in charge of sales & promotion of Group in Haryana & UP.

Group Projects:

1.  Integrated Township Kishangarh, Ajmer(Raj.) :-The proposed township is nearly 320 acres and is just opposite the Sales Tax Office.

2.   Township at Bhilwara (Raj.) :- The proposed township of more than 100 acres is situated at 16^th Milestone on Bhilwara - Jaipur Express Highway.

3.    Township near Padampura, Jaipur :- The proposed township of more than 70 acres is situated near world famous Padam Prabhu Ji Jain temple.

4.    Township near Chaksu, Jaipur :- The proposed township is coming up near Chaksu on State highway No.2 on Chaksu, Dausa Road. It is nearly 6 kms from Chaksu diversion on NH-12.The Size of project is nearly 300 Acres and is planned for the need of middle & lower class section with on average income <10000 pm.

5.    Mines & Minerals :- Group has Mines of Granite near Asind (Bhilwara) and Garnet (A Semi precious stone) near Devlia, Vijaynagar (Ajmer). The trial production has started. The area of Granite mines is nearly 25 hectares & that of Garnet mines is also 25 hectares.
